Title sequence in lockdown times

2020 has been a challenging year for everyone. But the pandemic has not stopped Playgrounds Festival from (virtually) happening!

The titles, directed by The Panics’ one and only Erwin van den IJssel, borrow the currently very used video call set up to create a collaborative stop motion animation.
It took only 8 ink cartridges, 962 pages, 3848 edges cut, 3 paper cuts, and the lovely 22 members of The Panics, to create the final result.

My role in this was to digitally animate the type — and physically cut and flip some papers.
